The second of two special MediaCity concerts marking the arrival of the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Philharmonic’s new Chief Conductor, Omer Meir Wellber.

Omer opens this afternoon with Summer from one of Vivaldi’s best known and loved works – The Four Seasons.

Schumann’s mould-breaking Fourth Symphony, with its opening journey from darkness to blazing light, is paired with Schoenberg’s revolutionary Five Orchestral Pieces and we also hear Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 12 - rich with lyricism and melodic texture.
