The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Philharmonic is delighted to performance a concert of music by the extraordinary Irish composer Gerald Barry. This is the final performance in the RNCM’s festival of works by the composer – see rncm.ac.uk for further details.

A musical maverick and at times even a surrealist, the only thing to expect from Barry’s music is the unexpected. Characters are turned on their head, violence is juxtaposed with poetic beauty and the listener is invariably taken on an unforgettable journey.
