 Billy (Joseph Millson)
Billy Banquo's been best mates with Joe Macbeth for a long time. They work together, and drink together, although Billy's more of a family man than Joe.
But after their boss Duncan Docherty is murdered, something changes in Billy and Joe's relationship. Could his old friend really be jealous because three mysterious binmen predicted that Billy's son would one day own the restaurant?
Joseph Millson
It's clear that Joseph's a big fan of Shakespeare. Not only does his extensive theatre experience include roles in As You Like It and Richard II - but he's also an associate director of the theatre company Pursued by a a Bear, named after a stage direction from Shakespeare's A Winter's Tale. One of the plays produced by his company, Monogamy, was recently broadcast on Radio 4.
Joseph has also had several meaty TV roles, including playing Dr Sam Morgan over five series of Peak Practice. He also had a reoccuring role on EastEnders as Jason James, the ex-fiancee of Liz Slater. He's also had guest roles in Holby City and Doctors, and played the poet Byron in Romantics.
He is married to Caroline Fitzgerald, an actress and singer, and has a daughter, Jessica.
