Fire artists will be descending on Bournemouth in May for a celebration of fire performance, music and arts at a new, free festival. Local group F.L.A.M.E will perform fire juggling, spinning and blowing alongside other groups such as FenFire UK, Trickswop and Bright Sparx. Live music comes from bands and artists who put a modern twist on folk, hoedown, hillbilly, rock and roll, and bluegrass. Music will be performed throughout the day and night over two stages, while roaming street bands will play throughout the event. Visual artists from the Arts Institute at Bournemouth and established artists from across the South will showcase their work at the festival鈥檚 art tent. Visitors can also expect spectacular fire installations, poetry performances and multi-media exhibits. Once the evening draws to an end, DJs and live acts from the festival will provide entertainment until the early hours of the morning. |
