If there鈥檚 one thing you don鈥檛 want when you鈥檙e all dressed up and ready to go out is that someone turns up wearing the same top or the same jewellery to you. So why not just make your own jewellery and you can guarantee that the only person wearing anything like that will be you!

Everyone getting stuck in

I joined local jewellery designer Helen Woodward and a handful of crafty members of the public in the 成人快手 Open Centre for a jewellery making workshop to see just how easy it is to make your own jewellery and how professional it can look just from using buttons, ribbons, sequins and other little bits that you might have lying around the house you could design a piece that you mind find in a shop.

Helen explained that the aim of the workshop was to encourage people to be creative and to teach them something that requires very few specialist tools, she added, 鈥渢hat鈥檚 the good thing about this you can do it quite easily and cheaply yourself.鈥�

Angela Lissaman from Coundon who was taking part in the workshop said, 鈥淚 like craft things so this is perfect for me. I definitely think I鈥檇 wear out a little necklace or something made out pearls but it depends how it turns out, I might just give it to my granddaughter.鈥�

As well doing frequent workshops such as these Helen also has a business in producing jewellery which then goes on to be sold at a store called Aspire Style that can be found in both Warwick and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Her jewellery is said to be designed for all occasions and when talking about how each piece is personally hand crafted and no machinery is involved in the making Helen said, 鈥淚 enjoy making it so it misses the point in doing it if there were machines making it and plus the name of the brand is me, so that鈥檚 what you get.鈥�

She also said, 鈥淚 like the fact I can have an idea and then I can make it into something that can then be sold on. I have lots of different ideas so it鈥檚 nice to put it into practice and get it out there.鈥�
