In this video, called 鈥淚n A Wig and a Wheelchair鈥� we meet a protestor who demonstrated about charges for services for the disabled in Coventry.

He stripped naked and sat astride his chair outside the council house, like a modern day Lady Godiva.

In the film, they uncover press reaction, explore the issues faced by disabled service users and re-visit the spirit of rebellion inspired by the very first naked tax-protestor, Coventry鈥檚 Lady Godiva.
