Help playing audio/video Twelve woman from Cornwall all decided to shed their inhibitions - and a lot of clothes - to make the calendar. "We all go to an art group and we'd all said we would like to do a calendar, ever since the WI did their famous one," explains Joyce Rosevear, one of the calendar girls. Cornwall's own Calendar Girls "The Children's Hospice Appeal came up and we thought that it would be a good calendar to make money for that." Joyce appears in the calendar as Miss January, complete with a feather boer, and a glass which apparently only has water in it. Among those taking part was Evelyn, or Miss October to her friends. All the women enjoyed the experience of dressing down a bit, while raising money for charity. All the proceeds from the calendar will go to The Precious Lives Appeal - and so far they have raised over 拢3,000 pounds with yet more to come.听听 Find out more about the Precious Lives Appeal which is being supported by 成人快手 Radio Cornwall:
