A listener complained that an item in this bulletin incorrectly said President Biden had been 鈥渃濒别补谤别诲鈥 in connection with retention of official documents.聽 The ECU considered whether the complaint raised an issue of compliance with the 成人快手鈥檚 editorial standards of accuracy.


Outcome

The complete item (as the complainant had been informed in previous correspondence) was as follows: 鈥President Biden has angrily rejected suggestions that he has a poor memory and is unfit for office. He was responding to a long-awaited inquiry which concluded he shouldn鈥檛 face charges for mishandling official documents but questioned his ability to remember several important events. Senior Republicans have seized on the report as evidence that Mr Biden shouldn鈥檛 seek re-election鈥. 聽As it contained no reference to President Biden having been 鈥渃濒别补谤别诲鈥, the complaint raised no issue of accuracy.
