We talked about Jenny in our appeal who used the service last year. She told us that ‘coaching has totally, totally changed how I think about the future. I’m far from being the same person that I was when I started it. Before, I tried to act confident, but I wasn’t really confident in myself. Now I am.

We would like to thank Radio 4 listeners for generously donating £10,111 to our appeal. These donations can help fund 150 coaching sessions from our coaching service Work It Out to young women. These coaching sessions help young women to take their next steps in life, set goals and discover what they’re passionate about.
Last year 95% of young women reported positive changes after using our service Work it Out, ranging from improved mental health to gaining employment. Over the next few years we want to increase the reach of our service and the generous donations from Radio 4 listeners will help us do this.
We predominantly support young women who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, and who are at risk of living in poverty, or young women who have significant challenges in their lives – for example those with difficult family situations, mental or physical health issues or caring responsibilities. The support from Radio 4 listeners will help ensure these young women can find work and thrive. We thank the 成人快手 and all their listeners for making a difference in the lives of young women like Jenny.
