The 成人快手's Charity Appeals Advisory Committee is made up of independent experts from outside the 成人快手 with wide experience of the charitable sector who advise and support the 成人快手 in a number of areas, including:
- Policy matters relating to all charity appeals associated with the 成人快手 (by broadcast or on other platforms)
- The overview (and scrutiny where required) of specific fund-raising projects such as Children in Need, Comic Relief, St Martin-in-the-Fields Christmas Appeal, emergency appeals and other projects where funds are raised for charities.
- The allocation of broadcasting time on 成人快手 Television and Radio to Radio 4 and Lifeline appeals for individual charities
The 成人快手 recognises its responsibility to take reasonable steps to ensure that the individual charities are financially sound and that donations will be used appropriately, and the Appeals Advisory Committee play a key part in this.
They work with the 成人快手’s Charity Appeals Advisor Emma Kingsley.
