Omari's vegan curry and roti recipe
Why not have a go at making Omari's chickpea curry? It's easy to make, really healthy and most importantly, super tasty! Remember to grab a grown-up to help with any chopping, peeling, or when using hot stovetops.
You will need
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 sweet pepper
- 2 white potatoes
- 3 carrots
- 2 tins of chickpeas
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tbsp all-purpose seasoning
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 500ml hot water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
