I tried to change the toad back into the cat and got... A BUG!! Guess I need to start learning the Undo Spell...

PurpleOpalDancer Well met, Beatrice. I have, I think most people do! All secrets and lies eventually become clear to others. Confessing is often a huge relief! I know it is for me! I tell my dad whenever I\u2019m worried or stressed about anything and it helps.

It was just a joke, but she told the teacher that something happened. I told her it was me and I was having fun. She forgave me after a while and we were friends again! I know I\u2019d be really upset if someone drew all over my mum\u2019s Witches' Guide. You did the right thing owning up to her, though. Well done!

GreenCarrotPenguin Well met, Beatrice. I\u2019ve had to confess that I actually forgot, lost or didn\u2019t do my homework instead of saying I was never given it and the teacher forgot! I got told off but still I know it was the right thing to tell the truth. Official Beatrice Bunch Oh my frog! I could never lie to Miss Hardbroom about homework, I would get too scared! Plus, I always feel like she knows when I\u2019m lying. I would never get away with it and then I would be in double trouble!
bluedancingdog I think we've all had to confess to something and it's hard to admit to the things we've done wrong. I think everyone knows that, so anyone who can confess to the things they've done wrong deserves to know that they are not the only ones who had to admit to something. I worry that whoever I\u2019m confessing to will be upset and won\u2019t want to be my friend. But I shouldn\u2019t worry, most of the time telling someone makes it better, not worse.

Actually, Ethel was livid and demanded I leave her room at once\u2026 But not before showing off a perfect undo spell. She said that I should always practise the undo spell first, before trying more difficult magic. She\u2019s probably right!
