5 New Year's resolutions you'll try to keep...

Happy New Year! 2017 means a brand new start – and the chance to turn over a new leaf. Here are a few resolutions you might try to keep (no promises, though!).

1. Get active

It may be January and it may be cold (and grey, and wet, and windy) outside – but don’t let that stop you from getting out for a walk/cycle/game of football – no way!

Or maybe just stay in and walk up and down the stairs a few times…

2. Be more creative

Make something, write, paint an amazing picture or make up a song….

3. Eat healthily

You’re totally going to smash that five-pieces-of-fruit-and-veg-a-day target!

4. Do a good deed every day

It doesn’t take much to spread a little happiness – it’s nice to be nice!

5. Worry less

Life is full of ups and downs, but shutting people out and dwelling on the downs usually doesn’t help – so do your best to stress less and share more.

And that includes not beating yourself up if you don’t always stick to your resolutions!
