| Perfect for walking the dog, an informal family outing or an organised school trip, Hinchingbrooke Country Park offers its visitors a network of paths to ramble along at your own pace. Along the way you can spot woodpeckers or herons, foxes and butterflies, to name but a few of the wide variety of wildlife. Battery powered wheelchairs are available, and the Visitors' Centre is open for refreshments at peak times. The new Countryside Centre can also be hired out for meetings and conferences. Events take place throughout the year for both children and adults, such as living history displays and guided walks, and if you're interested in volunteering at the site, you can join in a variety of practical tasks every Wednesday. Elise Goff i think hinchingbrooke country park is a funfilled adventure for all agees i realy enjoyed my visit to hinchingbrooke park and cant wait to go again. if i had to give a family advise on were to go out on a family day out i would advis hinchingbrooke country park.
