Boston - part II

We went to Boston for the Public Media conference, but it seemed foolish to go for just one programme. So today we'll be broadcasting from the at Harvard University's .

And in addition to the usual stations that carry us in the US, the show will go out on WBUR in Boston as well, and will host alongside our very own Ros Atkins.

But what will you be talking about, I hear you ask. Well, as ever when out of the office, we'll be asking the audience what they want to talk about. But one issue we expect to come up is women in leadership, as Harvard has recently elected its .

And of course . Not the first woman to do so, but perhaps the first to have a serious shot at victory.

Even so, just . So do women need special consideration to redress this imbalance? Or do they just need to work harder?
