Alex is far to extreme, if he was going to jump he would of done it straight away, the fact that he is hesistant about it means he's not really suicidal, thats why he mentioned it to Olive, he wants someone to save him and Olive is the perfect one to do it, i think they will become really great friends in series 3.

I think olive should of chosen Tommy as he didn't lie to her like stephen did. Oh and i hope Alex doesn't jump

Great episode but i really do feel for Alex. I really hope he doesn't jump. I would love if Stephen was the one who got him down and stops him, but knowing The Cut that seems to happy ever after. But over these last weeks Alex has really came into his own and i really hope he doesn't die because i really think he can be a huge character. There's no telling what he could do!

And my wish was finally granted: she said she is better on her own. That was brilliant! She's really grown as a person and I hope she doesn't allow anyone to mess her about like that again
She totally called Stephen, Tommy and George on what they are!

Getting sick(!) of Stephen. If something happens to Alex I hope he shoulders a lot of the blame. Clearly Alex is trying to make him feel guilty if anything were to happen but Stephen does not need to act like he does.

Frankie is really gracious too. That's so nice of her she's letting Cam and Catherine happen. And she looks lovely this episode!

Ahhhhh!! Alex can't die!!! He's far too awesome to die!!!! Plus if he dies then which character will I have left to love?!

These last two weeks have been insane; everything's been happening!
I always used to hate him but now I feel bad for Alex, but surely he won't kill himself!? Someone'll save him. Feel bad for Frankie as well, although I think Cam and Catherine would make a cute couple.
But most of all, I'm so glad for Olive! Finally standing up for herself and I'm happy she's realised she's better off alone. Neither Stephen nor Tommy deserve her; I've never liked Tommy, and Stephen is just horrid, like his parents.
Also (this should be on yesterday's episode but..) I feel really sorry for Elliot, I really like him and I wanted Jay back but now I'm not sure, it doesn't feel right anymore - I like Marla & Elliot better.
I'm scared but super excited for tomorrow!

I really like the shots of Frankie looking around at the beginning. The friendship between her and Olive is very touching. Just hope that Olive will go save Alex and that they'll build up a good friendship in series 3. That would be very interesting considering that they are such contrasting characters.
Oh, and I still think that Tommy is a sweetheart! Now we just need to wait until tmrw to see how Marla and Mack would react when she finds out Jay has sold the cafe to her mum.....

I think in the end Olive and Stephen should be together but at the moment Olive did the right thing. Neither Stephen or Tommy deserve her. I really hope in series 3 Alex and Olive are friends. I used to like Jay, now not so sure but i don't know the whole story so nobody should judge yet. Please have Cameron and Frankie together, she really loves him and I think he loves her but doesn't realize it. Can't wait for tomorrow, but i don't want The Cut to end :(.

doesn't realise it? but maybe im jst reading into things to much lol.. think frankie should definetly tell him how she feels though. i also think that olive should get back together with tommy (even thought i like tommy and dont really like olive) because he treats her much better than stephen! can't wait for tomoros :)

These cupple of weeks i've started to hate alex, but i do feel sorry for him now.. but i do think olive will save him in time before he jumps.
Im really glad olive stuck up for herself and what she said about george was funny lol :D So sad that its last ep tomoro.. hope its longer than usual to end the season finale of.

I'm probley the only one but Olive should have chossen Tommy if he got with Rosa I think Olive would get Jealous although that would be the worst storyline for me as I really like Tommy and Olive together.

and.. i dont get it.. isn't olive angry about the kiss between stephen and alex because she seems more bothered about the whole planted drugs in tommy's locker thing and she hasn't really said anything about the kiss either.?

Torie, I think she isn't bothered about the kiss. Bumber 1 because it sounds like Alex kissed Stephen not the other way round and two the bigger picture is that he planted the drugs lying to her all this time to get rid of Tommy. I think everyone but George is way more mature and can accept it; his brother doesn't care if he might be gay but of course he's bothered his own brother stabbed him in the back.

Jakeeb - they've written/writing it but I don't get it because Switch will be closed in December leaving little time for it to be aired by ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Switch..?
Best to just join the Save The Cut/Switch campaign and hope for the best

User-George I am losing faith in you. Your appearences are now few and faaar between.

I don't usually like to get so caught up in something that I feel emotional for a character; but there is something about Alex that seems to provoke that reaction. Other than some incredible acting talent there, Alex's character seems to me to be one of the most deep and real (other then Marla) - yes, he is a selfish bastard, and yes he has tried to ruin several people's lives. But Connor's portrayal shows a far deeper and troubled boy. It doesn't excuse his failings, but it certainly helps you understand his actions. And because of this I like him.
Stephen's character, on the other hand, is selfish with no reason or need other than that of his own making or choosing.

I think the cut needs one very steady couple; all the relationships are mucked up atm - one boy and girl would help to balance it out a little, and perhaps provide good friendship material for other characters in Series 3 without having to complicate the storylines any further. Just a wee thought - anyone else agree?

And please, please dont let Catherine and Cam end up together. It would break my heart. ( And Frankie's too methinks =p ) .

THE CUT cannot end!!! id be devestated, and theycallmejack u got competition, cos if stephen doesnt get alex down and sweep the poor lad off his feet, then im gonna do it. Im so annoyed at olive, cud she be any slower. I thought this wud end in potential suicide. Who gives a crap bout the other characters, just be about alex lol :). The cut shud be 40 minutes long like a normal show, and be on late night :), be much better me thinks!!!

he's shows a different side to him when there together i think olive should forgive him in series 3 hopefully and they get back together because it would be nice to see them happy together longer.

as much as alex has annoyed me in the past, i want him to be alive! i think these last few days i've definately began to understand him more. okay, he's twisted, but he's (sort of) entitled, being unwanted and unloved and unpopular and secretly gay...
in a weird way, as horrible as stephen is being, i still like him and olive together. i think he has been so fixated on trying to win her back and then trying to keep her, that he couldn't let anything get in his way, no matter what it meant. hopefully next series we'll get to see stephen "beneath it all", aside from all the manipulation and suicide-driving bullying, etc.

I'm sure The Cut wouldn't be cruel enough to kill the best character. I think either Olive/stephen will save him, or he'll jump but survive. I'm not even considering that he might die, it's too sad :(

OMGGGGGG!!!!! A series 3 I am soooooo pleased thanks for telling us Isla!! Olive had better hurry up and stop Alex but I don't think he'd jump but if something does happen it had better devastate Stephen because it is just about ALLL his faultt!! I am lovingg Cam's outfit in this and him and Frankie would make such a good couple!
I totally agree bexter! Frankie and Cam could easily be a steady couple since they have practically zero drama and neither are selfish or manipulative and Cam'll get over Catherine.

Lets not be too hard on Stephen. From the age of 11, possibly 8, he has been dumped in a boarding school where he has been bullied. And bullying at a boarding school is 24-7. No wonder he has developed lying as a survival trait. Don't be fooled by his ultra cool exterior - Stephen is almost as damaged as Alex.

Yes his rejection of Alex was cruel but Alex has just caused Olive to break up with Stephen and Alex refuses to take no for an answer - many people would be that cruel.

And Olive's rejection of Stephen is no less cruel yet she is now flavor of the month here for doing so. She was right to reject Stephen tho. It ain't her job to fix Stephen and she's not up to it. Rejecting both boys so publically was really out of character but for her to reject Tommy was in character. She has so little self-confidence she can't believe any one really loves her.

Poor Tommy. Both the people he cares about, Olive and Alex, are not capable of believing him.
