Rather than opt for a corporate hotel next to a steaming highway, this year I've opted for some unlikely accomodation for this years festival - The Bed Rox Inn, a B&B on the outskirts of town, and now I feel like I've trully arrived in Texas!
Roadrunners in the garden, Coyote's howling behind the cactus trees and two lovely donkies called Juan and Santos to pet. So far so very Texas and not a party in sight.
