This week, in his final blog of the season, Steve looks back at a weekend of drama that saw Swansea, Peterborough and Stevenage triumph in the play-off finals.

He looks at how the three promoted teams will fare next season and what might be in store for Reading, Huddersfield and Torquay, the three sides who lost out at Old Trafford and Wembley.
