I'm the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ's media correspondent and this is my brief selection of what's going on.

My analysis shows Jeremy Hunt left more questions than answers about his vision for local TV at the end of his Royal Television Society speech. Media executives remained unconvinced and the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ's Mark Thompson played down the role that the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ might play.
