Jeannie Williams sent us these: "Hey Eddie, further to yr piccies of food article this evening, I'm gonna try using this one and not bother with my gym membership anymore! :))"...adding this biog stuff: "The 'Modern Toilet' eatery: Modern Toilet is a Taipei restaurant. It accommodates 100 seats with each made from toilet bowls. The specialties at the restaurant accompany sink faucets and gender-coded 'WC' signs that appear on the three-story structure. The food is served in mini plastic toilet bowls. The toilet rolls that serve for wiping hand and mouth are hung above the tables, which may resemble glass-topped jumbo bathtubs."

"I was listening to p.m. this evening, so took this photo of my husband's dinner, just before I ran it in to him! Hope this is of interest, Very Best Wishes, Janet ( Caddock )"

From Andy Barson.

Michael Mowlam writes: "You asked for photographs of this evening's dinner. Vegetarian lasagne leftovers (delicious), mushroom stroganoff leftovers (nicely matured since yesterday), with fresh lightly-steamed courgettes (mmmmm), a lettuce and red pepper salad (crunchy, tasty) and a glass of white wine. Cool. And satisfied."

"This is a picture of the meal I cooked tonight - Sticky Lemon Chicken. Healthy eating is high on my agenda and I don't find it difficult. I was cooking for me and Rob, our daughter Rosie and her boyfriend James. They have just returned from extended travels round Thailand, Singapore and Australia, via France. Rosie broke her wrist in Australis and was tended at hospital in Cairns by a nurse who had emigrated from the UK a couple of years ago - she came from Cannock, just 5 miles from our house.
I always listen to PM whilst I'm cooking. Val, Stafford."

"Here you are. I was planning to have broccoli & tofu for dinner, but was quite hungry by the time I got home, and was curious to try the new oat crackers from Jacob's, so I ate several of those with slices of Edam, apple, a bit of peanut butter and a glass of apple juice. They were filling enough that I got on with the evening's work and didn't think about eating anything further. David Papadopoulos, Birmingham"

From Clare Wilkie: "chicken and mushroom pie before and after cooking - ideal for a household with some vegetarians and some carnivores".
