Eddie, we definitely won't hear if you don't include the link :-)
..is it just me....but I can't hear anything cos there is no link?
Well, I can never hear it. But the Newsletter has arrived and mentions congestion charging. In response to Mr. Blair's erudite email on the subject I wrote a long letter which I never got around to sending. If I ever get my website or blog going I'll put it there.
However, having recently heard that traffic levels in central London have now reverted to pre-CC levels, I cannot see that it is anything more than a way of raising more money from the hapless driver.
He did say "may NOT" didn't he.
Linklessness. A disease of our times.
