Afternoon all!
Afternoon all! So I was just about to leave for the day and remembered that I hadn't done the blog, so apologies for it being a little later than usual.
I blame the jet lag. Adjusting back to UK is taking a while. It's probably because for the last week I've been going to bed after the show and now I'm getting up just after 4am. I tell you, I don't know if I'm coming or going at the mo. That's why the blog is late!
Anyway....
....talking of LA I have to say we had an amazing week. I hope you enjoyed the shows. If you missed any there is still chance to download the podcast or listen again.
There are 3 highlights that stick in my mind. 1. Managing to get Dave Grohl in. It was a bit mad getting him confirmed. One minute it was on, the next it was off, but thankfully we got it back on again! He is such a legend and a brilliant guest.
2. Going to watch the Simpsons being voiced. I keep thinking about the fact that Aled, Chris and myself all sat on the sofa in the Simpson studios just behind ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖr and Bart (well the people who do the voices anyway).
3. Going to Heroes. It was a long old day and we had to hang around a lot, but I'm a massive fan of the show so it was all worth it. I stood in Isaac Mendes' loft and saw the big picture on the floor! Everywhere we went there were clues to the new series. I can't wait until it starts over here!
All in all a good week!
So now, I'm in the office working on the next few weeks. If you heard the show today, you'll know that we're broadcasting from the Tardis on Friday. We're doing a Dr Who special to tie in with a big competition for Children in Need. If you love Dr Who or know someone who is a big fan make sure you tell them to listen!
Right so that's all from me. I'm off home now! Have a good day.

Fair enough having a bit of fun but you lot need to grow up and stop ripping the mickey out of someone just for being a farmer! Where do you think the food on your table comes from?We have to work 18 hour days 7 days a week this time of year while you townies are probably sat in the pub drinking beer made from our barley which we've struggled all summer to get in. You wouldn't dare make fun of an Indian for the way they spoke but Rob apparently sounds like a cow when he speaks! Get a grip. If you can't be funny without it being at someone elses expense you'd best not bother. No wonder so many 'farmer types' texted in I'm sure I'm not the only one that you've annoyed by a long shot

I love all dairy products and I love Indian food too, its all the same to me. With the amount Moyles eats I'm sure he keeps the farmers in good business all year round. Theres a lot of animal-related humour to be had in farming, so I can see how irresistable the gags were.
