Gym Class HeroesHello! Welcome to the introduction! Stop what you are doing, and listen! We've got the trumpets, we've got the fanfare, we've got the musical super-drama - the like of which you would normally expect to hear in a straight-to-DVD children's film, with an evil genius unveiling his super-robot-zombie and cackling demonically while he rubs his poor chapped hands (due to excessively cold and damp working conditions in the lab) - and most importantly, we've got your attention.

Are you ready to start the song?

I SAID ARE YOU READY TO START THE SONG?

Good. Then let's begin...

OK, now what I'm going to want you girls to do is shake your heads from side to side, while flicking your hips in the opposite direction, in a zig-zag style, to the beat...5, 6, 7, 8...GO!

Fellas, if you can't manage this, just nod wisely, in rhythm, as if every word coming out of Travis's lips speaks to your eternal soul. That's it, people, furrow those brows! Purse those lips! Rock that thoughtful look! Oh yeeeahh, now we're getting somewhere.

Don't get too comfortable though, there's an extended dramatic breakdown coming up. We're bringing the brass section back on, we've given the drummer extended cymbal privileges, Estelle is flexing her mighty tonsils to the sky and back, because the super-robot-zombie has just knocked the hero out, and things are looking bleak for mankind. Who on Earth can save us now?

Nah, I'm just kidding. It turns out that the hero is fine, and he's winning the day using team-work, which is an important lesson for all of us to learn, right?

So, back to the zig-zagging and the nodding, only bigger this time, because we're leading towards a mighty climax, as Team Hero climb up onto the chest of the defeated, collapsed super-robot-zombie and...and...plant a flag in his ribs. Then they strike a heroic pose, and let the wind ruffle the flag and their hair. One of them makes a weak joke, to relieve the tension, and they all laugh...

THE END.
