is one of those super high tech toys which people seem to love or hate, a bit like Sony's Aibo which it no longer makes. It draws a lot of attention because its beautifully life like. But how would you feel if you saw Pleo taken a part by a maker? Well this is one of the issues which was explored at MakerFaire this year. There's a which makers always quote,

If you can't open it, you don't own it
That might be the case, but its also little freaky watching the poor Pleo stripped of its skin. I almost decided to put a warning on the video before posting, as I can imagine it might be upsetting for not just a younger audience but the big children too.
