Title: No Writer

The girl thought that writing a novel would liven up her life. She watched her short friend pass by in the grey light of the playground and wondered what philosophical analogies she could tie in with what she hoped would soon be, an iconic image. But, when she sat down at her laptop, the words never came. She didn't know how to write about that silent friend with a plain face. She couldn't express what it meant to her, because it didn't mean anything.
She had no energy to write a moving adventure full of romance and wit.
She was no writer.
Personal experience of failing to come up with good ideas - thankfully temporary!
