Title: The four elements of the world

by Gary from Northern Ireland | in writing, poetry

The fire's taste brings out the anger in me.
The burning touch brings out the fear.
Its raging beauty is like a tiger trapped in a cage.
Its sound is like a bear warning you.

It flows like the veins in your arms.
It can be still but can also roar.
The empty taste refreshes you.
It can be bitterly cold yet haves a satisfactory warmth.

Its fresh smell revitalises me.
Its movement trembles unsteadily.
It's like coffee beans flowing through your fingers.
It is as silent as the end of a perfect day.

Its bland taste, darts through the trees.
Cold as ice in the winter.
Whistles past your ear like a train.
Glides like an eagle on a windy day.
