I have to say Katherine it's a great shame that more don't comment on these drawings. I've just discovered them myself and think they're just awesome, you've got the details spot on, really am impressed. Do you map out the faces and get the proportions right before you start drawing or is it just a natural thing with you?

Wow, great job Katherine. That picture is incredible - the accuracy of the face is frightening (in a good way!). I particularly enjoy the picture's strong contrast yet subtle details.
