For my outfit I looked at all aspects of Mexican life. The dress includes three colours that appear in different Mexican patterns and spices used in Mexican food. Blue is also a colour commonly used in Mexican clothes. The shape of the front top is typical to Mexico and also has been heavily used in the recent fashion industry. The back has a very deep cut which is in the shape of the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico. To show the amazing history of Mexico there is a Aztec/Mayan calender in the lower back area. I think that my design brings all aspects of Mexico into a fusion of modern and traditional styles.
