I know Mexico for bright, bold colours, using a yellow as my bold base colour with blues and purples for the range of mexican pattern through out the dress, the dress has a a curved neckline yoke, with long fitted cuffs with slits in the sleeves the skirt has gathers under yoke, with a bias cut for more flow in dress.
