Title: Traditional Mexican Outfit with a Modern Twist

Firstly I was inspired by traditional Mexican fashion to include a sombrero as an accessory to the outfit. The style of the outfit with the puffed sleeved blouse and wide trousers was also inspired by traditional fashions of the area. However, I also wanted to include a modern twist to the outfit with a belt around the stomach to show off the waistline. The use of the stiletto heel also adds a touch of modern trends and the colour scheme of black and white features heavily in modern high fashion. Therefore the overall look of the outfit is to have a traditional recognisably Mexican outfit but with a distinctly modern feel as well.
