I was inspired by the passion the Mexicans have in their dances, they are full of fury and spirituality, the dress is flowy and free, just as are the dances. My design incorporates the different parts to Mexican culture, it shows their passion through the dark colours used, and the people's spirituality and religious beliefs through the lighter colours and the subtle embroidery. I was inspired with the latest trends, 'boho' is predicted to be a new trend and therefore i think this sort of design would meet this specification, I think that a design like this would not only be worn in Mexico as traditional clothing but also be sold on the high street.
