Mexican floting dress, with cactus top

I researched Matthew Williamson and Mexican themes. I drew this dress as a floating white dress with a yellow top attached to it with interlocking sombrero's, and the large waist band/belt is red with dark red flowers on it just like a lot of the Mexican patterns and the jacket is a bobely, zig-zag, 3 shades of green design to indicate a cactus.
