Description
Four children read the poems they have written about a sheep, horses, a calf and a bull.
Classroom Ideas
Students could choose their favourite poem and discuss with a partner why they have chosen this poem. Students could listen to their chosen poem again and analyse it in terms of the use of rhyme, similes and so on. Students could choose their own animal and formulate interesting similes to use in their own poem.
