Description
A girl travels from her home on the Isle of Ulva to school in Tobermory on the Isle of Mull. The journey involves a walk, a ferry trip, and a car and bus journey.
Classroom Ideas
This clip could be used as a stimulus for a fun school project. Students could create a video diary about their journey to school. The footage could be cut together using a home edit suite either by students, or by the teacher.
The finished montage could then be presented in class to all students. When students watch all of their journeys together what are their initial thoughts? How different or similar are the journeys and why?
