Learn the nine letters affected by the soft mutation and what letters they change into. You need to know when to use the soft mutation too.

Could be used to introduce the ‘Treiglad Meddal’. Students could think of as many adjectives as possible and then follow the rule explained in the clip. They could also write sentences on any topic ensuring that adjectives are mutated after ‘yn’. The clip could be paused to show how the letters change whilst the students are doing the activity.
