Methods of collecting data for social factors

Social factors relates to how a performance or performance development can be affected by having to work, train or perform either alone or within a group.

Social factor methods include coach feedback and self-appraisal/questionnaires for recording data on an individual, team or group鈥檚 strengths and weaknesses. For example, assessing the ability to work co-operatively or to display good etiquette.
