Some newspapers, TikTokers and even influencers will always try to present a balanced view of a story, but there are subtle biases we all have that can impact how we view or react to a story. We are more likely to believe some things over others due to our unconscious bias, ideas or thoughts we already have about people, places or things.
We can take these thoughts or ideas as facts without realising it, and because it's unconscious it's hard to spot, especially when it concerns celebrities or other people.
