Episode 4: A soap opera
At an early morning briefing at Kew Gardens, Sir Alan picks Noorul and Paula to be the project managers, before packing them off to produce and brand a range of natural body care products, then sell them to the public.
The hard-nosed candidates are under-pressure to come up with a good product, but with complicated recipes and creative decisions to be made, it's not long before there's a whiff of disaster in the air.
