Episode 3: Survival of the fittest
This week there are no places for lazy people to hide. Sir Alan challenges the teams to invent a piece of portable flex-and-tone home fitness equipment and then win orders from leading industry experts.
Firstly, Sir Alan mixes up the teams, putting an end to the gender divide. James heads up Empire, but can he keep his mouth out of trouble? Domineering Debra project manages Ignite and tensions quickly arise in her team.
