Week 2: , 'your career at Middlesborough was halted and you got taken off the pitch on a stretcher.Ìý This time you’re off the pitch in a black cab. You're fired!'

Week 5: , 'you remind me of the final scene from the Wizard of Oz, you look very impressive, but in my opinion, behind the curtains there's nothing there. You're fired!'

Week 6:Ìý ', I don’t know what you’ve been doing here and I think you have escaped the radar, you're fired!'

: 'You spoke about the pier in Margate and it looks to me that you might be at the end of the pier in this process.Ìý So , with regret, you're fired!'

Week 9: 'It is a very tough decision and it is not a nice one for me to be perfectly honest but I feel that the light at the end of the tunnel has gone out quite frankly.Ìý And I think it is timeÌý for you to leave this process. You're fired!'

Week 11: ' I've taken on board everything you've said. There's nothing wrong in someone being friendly... you've made me laugh a lot in this boardroom. I think you're a corporate man and that environment don't exist in my place. With regret, you're fired!'

Week 11: ' you should be proud of yourself. I've made my decision and I wish you the very best of luck and I know you'll be successful in the future...Debra, you're fired!'
