An 18 carat gold watch chain fob in the shape of a World War One tank. I believe they were made in Lincoln where the tanks were built. I think it was a 'thank you' for the workers who helped build them. My family were metal-smiths and tin-smiths. It belonged to my great-great-uncle George Hollingsworth who was from Lincoln. It was passed down to me through my grandfather Harry Issott and his aunt Florence Issott. I wear it as a necklace and I think it was made by Ushers jewellers in Lincoln. (Laura Devaney)
