This is a beautiful love token from the Edwardian era. It is made of gold and mother of pearl. It has a loveheart clasp, and the mother of pearl is stained, which was the fashion at the time. It was bought as a wedding day present 18 months ago, and shows how enduring this style of jewellery is - and the habit of giving love tokens to each other. The box came with it, and shows this is Edwardian.
