This tea-pot belonged to my grandmother and then my mother, who was very proud of it. We think it came from Dundrod in Northern Ireland. Tea drinking is extremely popular in Ireland and here in Northern Ireland we have a number of firms who produce their own varieties of tea and maintain links with tea plantations all round the world.
