Apple Record Acetate

This is the only copy of the King of Fuh by Brute Force pressed in the United States, although 2,000 were made in the UK. The authorities objected to the obscene nature of the lyrics of the song in the US and forbade production of the song. It is listed as being produced at Apple, 1700 Broadway, New York, in 1969. It shows the extent to which censorship can limit the creation and distribution of art.
