11:15-12:15  Is truth being drowned out? Our panel explores how they are equipping audiences to distinguish between facts and fakes. Join Marcos Martínez Chacón, Journalist at The Associated Press; Dave Jorgenson, The Washington Post TikTok Guy and Alasdair Stuart, Senior Advisor and Senior Researcher at ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Media Action.
12:30-13:30  It’s all about the numbers – a stats and data Masterclass: Using the right data, in the right way to tell stories. Three journalists talk us through the challenge and share their examples: John Burn-Murdoch, Data Journalist at The Financial Times; Rachel Schraer, ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ health and misinformation reporter; Srinivasan Ramani, Deputy National Editor, The Hindu.
