- Reporting to the 成人快手鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Nikki leads the Reward teams with 成人快手 Group HR.
- Nikki is responsible for the design and delivery of 成人快手鈥檚 reward strategy; ensuring fair, clear and competitive reward for employees across the 成人快手.
Biography
Prior to joining the 成人快手, Nikki was a Client Partner at Korn Ferry, one of the world鈥檚 leading organisational consultancies, advising companies from various industries on reward strategy and performance management. Her career has included HR leadership roles in financial services, pharmaceuticals, market research and not-for-profit organisations.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by 成人快手 staff on behalf of the 成人快手 and claimed through the 成人快手's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 成人快手 and booked through the 成人快手's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
