Roles and responsibilities
- Reporting to the 成人快手鈥檚 Chief People Officer, Katie leads the Organisational Strategies team within 成人快手 Group HR.
- The team is responsible for leading operating model design and organisational design across the 成人快手.
Biography
Katie has a career in HR spanning 24 years and prior to working at the 成人快手, held a number of positions in global FTSE 100 companies within the Financial Services industry. She has extensive experience leading business transformation, integration and restructuring programmes and has held roles leading teams across Business Partnering and Internal Communications and Engagement. Katie is a member of the CIPD and is a mentor to a range of individuals including high school students.
Expenses and central bookings
Expenses are costs incurred by 成人快手 staff on behalf of the 成人快手 and claimed through the 成人快手's expenses system.
Central bookings are costs incurred on behalf of the 成人快手 and booked through the 成人快手's central bookings system. Both expenses and central bookings are published every three months.
