- Gautam leads the 成人快手's strategy department.
- He and his team are responsible for the 成人快手's thinking on the evolution of markets, audiences and technologies and help develop creative and practical ideas for how the 成人快手 and its services should respond to these changes.

Gautam began his career at the 成人快手 in 1993 as a producer for Radio 3, going on to make music programmes across radio and television before moving into policy and strategy development across the 成人快手.
