³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ

The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Board is the main decision making body for all of the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ, including the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ’s commercial activities, which are undertaken through commercial subsidiaries.

The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Commercial Board oversees the delivery of the Corporation’s commercial ambitions. It reports to the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Board on the delivery of ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Studios’ objectives, in line with the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ’s overall commercial strategy, and on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Studioworks.

The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Commercial Board is chaired by Sir Damon Buffini, a non-executive member of the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Board, and comprises a majority of six non-executive members alongside three executives.

³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ commercial subsidiaries’ executive committees

Each of the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ’s commercial subsidiaries has an executive committee, which is responsible for the operational management of that subsidiarity.
